I hat if I told you this French toast PB&J combo was under 200 calories?!

What if I told you this Tuna Melt + Veggies(mushrooms & zucchini) + protein shake + homemade Oreo cookie(on top of shake) was under 500 calories.

When you really do your research you can make low calorie foods that are very filling and tasty.

It's possible they used powdered PB, but realistically to give something a peanut butter taste, you don't need TOO much PB. It's quite a strong flavor on its own.

Powdered PB gives you all the protein you want with a fraction of the calories and fat! Its also fun to make at least for me.

I add water(2 tablespoons), PB powder(3 tablespoons), about 2 tablespoons stevia, and a pinch of salt.

Idk, its fun to just mix it all up with a spoon.

Ahh, I misinterpreted that you make your own PB powder. I was asking how do you do that. But I get it now, you're preparing the powder.

A diet change for the better is only hard at first if you stick to it.

Penn did a click baity video of "How I lost <can't remember how much> pounds by eating what I wanted"

Turns out he worked with his doctor and for something like two weeks he ate literally nothing but potatoes baked or boiled, nothing on them. Then slowly added other healthy veggies to his diet. Got to the point burgers and stuff grossed him out due to the fattiness. So technically he eats what he wants now, but it was definitely not what he wanted before the diet.
