it's funny, lol. Because it's pretty blatantly untrue and what's really happening is that men are learning that you have to have traits other than just masculinity in order to succeed. A lot of dudes think just being masculine or hyper macho will get you places, but now it can't, so these dudes are butthurt because they now need actual skills and personality other than being masculine.

I especially like how it's always just "masculinity is under attack!" without defending any specific examples of "masculinity" being attacked because somehow "it's manly" is supposed to be all the defense it needs.

I think it depends entirely on what you mean by 'succeed'. Men who are willing to do the dirty, physical work get paid very well. Granted, it won't last into your 50's as your body breaks down. If you play it smart, though, you can retire by 50 years of age.
