The LIV Golf League is a new league/tour that's trying to be an alternate to the PGA. The main hang-up people have with it is that it's monetarily backed almost exclusively by the Saudi government. They are throwing out crazy amounts of guaranteed money to have golfers jump ship and join their league, and detractors are screaming "blood money" at them. Not to bring politics into it, but one of the more humorous parts of it is many or the MAGA conservatives out there want to label these golfers as traitors to the USA, until they found out that, among other places, two of the golf courses the tour plans on using for their tournaments are Trump-owned golf courses. --- It takes zero effort to be a good person. <cite>bigblu89 posted [p:965668395] in Every play...
