I dont see a RE5 remake coming anytime soon if not at all. If anything a CV or 0 remake would be next. 5 still feels like it wasnt that long ago and still holds up graphically.

Resident Evil 5 going from being synonymous with the probably funniest game I've ever played to being permanently associated with a generic one-and-done jogging/cinematics simulator would be a difficult watch. It'd be like watching a lobotomy or some sort of neural degradation.

And you just know all the people who'll buy anything with enough hype behind it or get their opinions from CinemaSins would be out dancing and celebrating that the fun's over. Already seeing a bit of it with 4.

Shit maybe I should stop asking for Viewtiful Joe 3 before post-2012 Capcom makes me regret it.
