That mom has more balls than the entire police force. Embarrassing. Then they got the nerve to call her the threat when the police took their sweet time entering the building giving the shooter more time to kill children. How the fuck do you defend this?

Bro, I hate what the cops did in Uvalde, but don't let the negativity make you say terrible things like this. Despite being cowards who are incompetent at their jobs who should resign or be fired, they are people too.

On one hand, I don't think this is fair or appropriate to say under normal circumstances. Police do have a duty to protect others from harm, and if they let unarmed civilians into an active shooter situation, that's both incredibly negligent and irresponsible.

On the other hand - people were doing that in these circumstances because the police just outright weren't doing their jobs. It's one thing to stop people from throwing themselves into a meat grinder. It's a whole other kettle of fish to stop people from getting close to the meat grinder while someone's throwing their children into it, and refuse to go in themselves to stop it.

Like this is one aspect of "due process" I feel like is important, but it's completely and utterly undermined by the fact that in every other aspect of that process, they failed to act. I can't go "well they were just trying to do their job" in keeping parents out of the school when they weren't doing their jobs in any other way. So what the fuck am I meant to say?

I don't think this indicates a deeper cover up or whatever. If anything, I think their willingness to do the easy part of their job while refusing to do the hard part is a greater testament to their broader incompetence than just the refusal to pursue an armed gunman.

Werent the cops totally brave enough to save their own kids though? I saw that they denied that so its a strong possibility like them shooting a kid.

That bother has a bigger pair of balls than every single cop in that entire force I imagine.

Also "obstruction of justice?" There was no justice done that day, so what would she be obstruction?

The only justice would be that the the cops who allowed those children to be slaughtered face permanent concequences for this.
