Anyway, Death is legit, I've though of him as town for a while now so that hasn't changed. SBell or Scare may be godfather but that's not something we need to look into now, though Death calling out Scare for not posting and Scare disappearing again right afterwards is just annoying at this point. If we believe red's claim as well (he should claim who he hid behind though), I get a list similar to this one

It seems like he came in last topic to attack Scare for being inactive and made a few posts to that effect. Then Death claimed his scan. He also doesn't believe Isquen who I think is solid town from his actions on day two. He's probably the most likely scum in the four names above.

Idk where this whole "the person Red hid behind is confirmed Town" stuff started anyway. I don't think Red mentioned at all that he dies if he hides behind scum.

Granted, he never refuted it. But if that's not the case, telling us who you hid behind is harmless. I have a reason to withhold my Watcher scan on Chris. You don't have a good reason to hide your N2 target unless you're afraid of contradicting another Tracker role. You especially don't have a good reason to hide it if you don't even have the town confirmation angle to your powers.

Oh trust me I noticed people trying to set up Scare as an easy target.

Good point. Someone is definitely lying among the scanners, assuming Red counts as a scanner, which he has not affirmed or denied (though I guess that's an obvious statement to make).
