This had nothing to do with a sense of moral outrage - I just hated that these particular students were obnoxious, arrogant, and self-assured that they'd get away with it, so I anonymously tipped off the teacher and he stopped it ahead of time. He was reprimanded (violating the rules you're PAID to enforce will do that) and I do think if those behaviors continue, he will be terminated. I now boycott the site in question entirely (and this was a place I once Patreoned for). I did this several times when I was young and being pushed around. Eventually the jerks stopped pushing me around, because 1) my mom worked at the high school as an Educational Assistant and they were afraid of her and 2) they knew I'd report anything and they'd get a detention. Not out of any moral obligation - she was just a total fuckup of a person and I'm happy to have her not in my life. I have never felt more unsafe in my life than when I lived with her. She in her boyfriend got in fights all the time, to the point where they broke the TV and blood was splattered on the walls.
