She'd be getting in her car...and then the camera-bully would put another magnet on, so she would get out to take it off her car and tell him to stop. Any time she would back down, he would approach again to put another magnet on. As soon as the other woman distracted him, the target of his sustained harassment drove away in peace.

If you dont return your cart and get harassed I dont feel bad. If he gets his ass beat messing with the wrong person I also wont feel bad.

You have to pick your battles. A grocery cart not being returned is not that serious that we need a cart crusader. I think its funny but theres much worse people he could be going after.

Alright, I disagree there. People escalating to violence shouldn't be happening, and if it does, it's not his fault they're lazybones that resort to violence rather than an act of human decency.

I dont feel bad for him because hes instigating shit with people he doesnt know. It has nothing to do with the carts. You mess with people then you have to ready for whatever response they choose. So if someone takes a shit in the middle of the grocery store, it's fine? They literally CAN do it and there are people who get paid to clean up. There is nothing right about what these Lazybones are doing. Nothing. The only good/right thing they can do is put their carts away.

He's not causing any problem, all these Lazybones are the ones causing EVERY problem. They wouldn't get magnets thrown at their cars, they wouldn't block any traffic, they wouldn't have to listen to a single thing from the guy IF THEY DID THE RIGHT THING.

It's a public service to bring to attention that they are simply doing something wrong.

If his goal is to have fewer carts in the parking lot, he can just put the carts away himself without recording it.
