Don Gorskes Big Mac streak started on May 17, 1972.

All through life here, a lot of people said, Youll be dead before you reach 50 years of eating Big Macs. I guess I proved them wrong, he said.
His son is not surprised at his fathers persistence.

I used to eat chicken nuggets every day. I used to eat cheeseburgers every day, but eventually you just get sick of it. I dont know how he does it, but he certainly does, he said.

Gorske says he will continue eating Big Macs with a Coca-Cola on the side until he dies.

A lot of times people will say, You look like Im eating a Big Mac for the first time, Gorske said. I guess thats how I feel sometimes. Theyre that good to me, and theres really nothing else Id rather eat, he said.

That's some intense dedication right there.

If you're reasonably active, and the rest of your diet isn't also garbage, you'll be okay with a Big Mac every day.

I bet this puts McDonald's in kind of a weird position too, like logically he would be a natural as a brand ambassador but at the same time even McD's knows they can't get away with encouraging people to eat their food every single day

Whats this man's overall diet like? Is he eating a Big Mac for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or does he just swing by randomly every day for a snack?

Does he eat all of his meals within the restaurant? Does he visit different locations or does he frequent multiple locations?

What does he do during a holiday or something celebratory where the custom is to eat something specific or a little bit more expensive than two 100% pure beef patties covered in special sauce and placed in between a sesame seed bun?

So many questions.

there was another guy who was eating big macs every day. I don't remember his name, but I can see his face from the article. he was asian-american. normal looking guy. he only at 1 every day, and he bought 7 at a time and froze a weeks worth for backup.

Good for him I guess. I do love a Big Mac and cheeseburgers are my favorite food. But IDK if I could eat a Big Mac every day. Probably could a burger because I could change up the toppings and condiments every day.
