The man doesn't even remember some of his characters, and frequently forgets important plot elements. Something about the way he can turn any barebones story into something compelling is what made him special, the Androids/Cell saga by all rights should not have been as good as it was especially with knowledge of how tumultuous production was at the time, but he made it gripping like magic. SS3 had no lampshading, no story buildup, Goku just shows up and says, "Wanna see something cool" and takes a while to transform in one epic scene. It also cheapens a battle Goku had before the form's reveal, too. SS3/Buu saga as a whole was when the Super Saiyan Bargain Sale became a bit ridiculous, and for the most part the forms were not elements of the story built up over time but were reactions to the plot, instead. And probably merch. --- Sony bought Konami and will release a DDR game for the Nintendo Switch.
