calling out Kim K (and her family) is like fighting the wind, as her thing is doing whatever she can to achieve unrealistic beauty standards.

It's also just gross that she bought a historical Marilyn Monroe dress, probably didn't even fit into it even with that lost sixteen pounds - I've seen a picture of her ass hanging out of the back - and undoubtedly stretched the seams that she did fit into just so she can wear it on the red carpet and immediately change into a replica.

The Met Gala has always been gross in terms of fashion. The entire thing is the kind of flaunting of pointless spending and wealth that you'd expect from the Gilded Age.

No, it's not. That kind of weight loss is almost universally recognized to be terrible for health, especially if it's a habitual thing. It being normalized in professions where it literally ruins or ends lives doesn't mean it's no big deal for someone to do it to get into a dress.
