Lisa Ann was one of the worlds most prominent porn stars in the 90s, where she enjoyed success starring in spoof scenes as politician Sarah Palin, and winning multiple industry awards. The star retired from the adult industry in 2014, and has gone on to work in broadcasting, as well as running an OF page where she recycles old footage to be shared with subscribers. And, despite finding fame in the industry, she recently called for access to explicit content to be restricted during a monologue on her Dudes Do Better podcast. Yes, I did porn for many years of my life, and Im not hiding my past as people tell me every day on social media when Im wearing clothes, she said. Im just evolving, and were all allowed to evolve. So my disdain for porn on social media has nothing to do with porn, other than the fact that you are sharing it on platforms that have no age gate. Unlike its rival Instagram, Twitter allows consensually produced adult content to be shared on the site although content can be restricted for viewers who are under 18 or dont include a birth date on their profiles. Lisa was critical of this policy, claiming: Twitter is the largest distributor of illegal content to minors in the world, something I really hope Elon Musk takes a step ahead and says, were not doing this anymore, and if we are, youll have to enter in your birthday, there will be an ID situation, there will be levels to this shit, thats what Im hoping for. While on the topic of social media, Lisa also took the opportunity to criticise strangers who send her footage of her old scenes online. When people send me my porn, I was there, why would I want it on my timeline? I dont share it on my timeline because Im a responsible adult and thats not what social media is for, she added. pistachio12 05/05/22 3:31:11 AM #48:	While I get people saying "I could access porn when I was 13" as completely legitimate, the difference between that and Twitter is the ease of use for minors to submit their own nudity on Twitter. When the app allows you to take pictures and post it almost immediately, then you create major issues. I think it's stupid to restrict access to viewing porn as I don't think it's generally harmful for a 13 year old to look at porn.
