I missed out on quite a few opportunities because I didn't know how to play the game due to my refugee parent upbringing. Get jobs in helpdesk/geek squad simultaneously, become sole IT Support/network admin/sys admin for shitty non profit making under 40k, get govt job at the school district you graduated from, get job at MSP making 88k but kinda miserable, get internal IT job at software company making 110k with great benefits and no work schedule pressure(currently chilling recovering from a kidney transplant).
