So you want Biden to dissolve the government and start a new dictatorship where he can unilaterally make abortion legal? I assume thats what you want since you havent stated what he can actually do on the matter.

Hmm maybe add two more SC justices? You don't want to hear any actual solutions though because you refuse to accept that Democrat inaction may have led to this point

...There is no chance in hell that he could ever get 2 more justices on the bench. Even putting up a nominee would be political suicide, and he wouldn't get enough votes from DEMOCRATS to get the nomination put through. Then Republicans, after excoriating Biden and the Democrats relentlessly for trying to stuff the bench, would immediately turn around and add 3 more as soon as they take back the White House, Senate, and Congress.

The president can't expand the bench on his own. That's congress. And in congress Manchin and Sinema won't even side with the Democrats on boring uncontroversial bills.
