masterpug53 04/28/22 12:02:47 PM #13:	I know a lot of people feel like S2 and S3 are unnecessary, but I've enjoyed the entire run of the show up to this point mostly because I liked Steve Harrington's character arc: he was a slightly conflicted yet overall unlikeable douche who screamed 'monster food' from the get-go, yet stepped up at the right moment and kicked ass, and then evolved further from the so-to-be-jilted unsupportive boyfriend to the likeable nanny of the group who's genuinely supportive of the kids and tanks the heavy beatings for them. I didn't even think Season 1 was all that great, but I understand why Netflix wanted to put soo much money into it Stranger Things, because it was the show that netted them the most subscriber boost ever. Squid Games has more overall views that Stranger Things by far, but it didn't boost their subscriber base like how Stranger Things did.
