I update, but then when I restart it says it cannot install the updates. It's been like this for almost a year now.

all this account, i'm calculating in insect years (ie - like how a human year is 7 dog years, insects generally live much shorter. why do i use that calculation? cus i'm always bugging everyone on here!!)

why can't windows be more like linux and let you remove things that are a waste of space smh. every time it updates, edge gets set as my default pdf viewer when i pay for adobe ughghgh...

no way, apple devices ping apple every time you do anything on them. i mean, sure android phones also do that with google, but you can at least install google-free software pretty easily.
and i guess windows does it too. ugh. smh. i wouldn't use windows at all if Unity and Blender worked better on linux :(

But with a macbook, at only 8 thousand you can run Google chrome without Microsoft spying

The difference between google and Apple is the customer. Google is an advertising company and makes most of their money from advertising. Apple is a tech company and makes most of their money from selling tech. Think about what that means for your data and who is more likely to respect your privacy.
