I don't smoke it and dislike the smell but as far as I'm concerned it being relegated like tobacco is the way to go. It makes it much more safer for those who want to get it for medical stuff too. I personally think it should be legal already and I don't smoke it at all. Hell the one time I was near it second hand it gave me the worst headache of my life. But Weed is nowhere near as damaging as the harder drugs. Hell, I would even argue that between alcohol and weed, Alcohol is the one I would say should be illegal and I occasionally drink that.
