Just recently found out there's taco bell here in brazil, ate some and it was the mildest shit I've ever eaten

I don't know, but it's a stupid meme.

Typically from the stomach reaction from the food.

Would an over abundance of sauce packets cause such a reaction?

They use (used?) poor quality ingredients.

Most of the cases of people I've known busting their toilet after Taco Bell were because of someone eating an entire party pack by themselves in one sitting...

I've never had any weird bowel movements after Taco Bell. In fact, Taco Bell probably gives me the most "normal" body reactions out of all fast food

That wouldn't surprise me, honestly. Outside of their diablo sauce (which isn't even one of the spiciest things i've eaten), everything they have is very tame in terms of spice.

If you come from a country with even mildly spicy food, taco bell wouldnt even feel like a single chili

i had one unfortunate circumstances out of many many times.
back then they had the grilled cheese burrito. that night i ended up shitting my guts out. got food poisoning from that.

i have 2 puke incidents one from fast food but it wasn't from taco bell.

I never had an issue eating there but I've heard stories. One of my acquaintances calls the place "Taco Hell" though.

Some people just have sensitive stomachs I guess.

Still generally far more spicy than most other american restaurants. Taco Bells hits all the diarrhea checkmarks: Sugary, Caffeine, Fatty Foods, Lactose, Gluten, Beans, and Spicy.

Yeah, I've never had any issues eating Taco Bell. I would imagine the people that have problems are the ones that don't eat beef often.

I know people that said when they went months without eating beef, the first time they made some at home, it upset their stomach.

Yea I never understood this myth. I think its just a minotority of people with sensitive stomachs being overly outspoken and making everyone think its the norm when it isnt

They can't even call their meat beef. It must be at least 80% beef to call it beef. What do they put in it is the real question.

Because Taco Bell doesnt cause that, its people with undiagnosed gastro issues that spout that nonsense

I've never had any issues with Taco Bell. Olive Garden on the other hand has destroyed my stomach several times.

Never had a problem with them either, and I have digestive issues that makes some food absolutely throttle me.

Sensitive stomachs aside, another possibility is the individual locations themselves, I have no doubt that there's Taco Bells (and other fast food/restaurants) that are so ill-maintained that even an ice water will destroy you from the inside out.

I dont know but I was much more afraid of jack in the box in the 90s because people actually died.

I ate a Steak Quesadilla w/ the jalapeo sauce

Drank 2 large Baja Blasts

I was on the toilet at 3 am and it sounded like my intestines were summoning the Dark Lord Satan himself

I just had regular tacos once and I was hitting bricks 30 min later

it was also the first I had it in years so who knows

I never understood it. Its never given me issues. It doesnt even make me gassy and I get my stuff with the refried beans lol

Well let's test this theory. I just had 2 of the spicy white ranch steak burritos and 2 of the vegy chipotle burritos.

Probably cause of people who are drinking & then buy fast food and later on have runny alcoholic shits.

I grew up eating spicy food, and the last time I ate at Taco Bell, I ate a good amount of food and spent that night at work in and out of the bathroom. I sent one of my coworkers rushing out of the stall next to me
