Oh yeah, that part got to me. Legal limit here in Hawaii is .08, so being well into whole numbers is crazy lol

Can't argue there. I know here it's illegal to be on your phone while driving. Pretty sure you're not even supposed to be looking at your phone while crossing the street. Given that I recently saw some idiot almost get hit when she crossed against the light as a car was turning, it's a pretty fair law.
