not in my home but my apartment door is right by the stairwell and there is a fire extinguisher box right there. from a seated position on my living room couch, 20 seconds to spring up, sprint 5 steps to the door, open the door, 5 steps down the hallway, open the box, grab the extinguisher, back into the apartment, i could probably be spraying by about the 20 second mark (assuming it's intuitive enough to use, I've never actually used one before)

Nah. If this place catches fire. I'll just chuck whatever valuable thing I can out the door if there's time if I can't put it out with ease. Then, jump through a fucking window, closed or not to escape if need be.
