Jack Harlow is embracing the sober life.

In a new interview, the 24-year-old rapper revealed that even though he doesnt have an alcohol problem, he decided to quit drinking.

While speaking with Rolling Stone, Jack looked back at how drinking on tour one time six nights in a row was having a noticeable impact on his professional and personal life.

Im sick of waking up with a dry throat, sick of feeling bloated, Im sick of the decisions I make on it, Jack explained. Im in my well-oiled-machine era. Because I can see my future right in front of me.

And I feel theres so many people counting on me outside of myself, he continued. I just feel like Im a man. I dont feel like I need to do boyish things anymore.

I used to drink a lot during undergrad. Thank god I stopped. Now I have a beer like maybe once or twice a year.

Good for him, honestly. He recognises that alcohol makes him feel like shit and he's conscious of who he is when he drinks, and he's going forward with a work mindset - get in, get the job done, take care of yourself to make the job easier on yourself.

1-2 nights of drinking a week has done fine by me since I first started drinking. Started at 21 and going on 29 now.

Even in my wild days as a young Marine I never went too overboard. Only blacked out twice in my life, once at 21 my first time in Vegas and once at 23 at a libo port in Duqm, Oman.

6 nights a week is way too much tho, no time for recovery.
