First, kombucha is tasty. Its not Martinellis Apple Cider but ask yourself, What truly can compare to Martinellis sparkling cider?

Second, if youre talking about those aloe Vera drinks with the floating aloe in it then yes, that shit is all sugar. Still I drink it after a horrible bout of acid reflux. Real aloe Vera juice taste nasty but is way better for acid reflux.

It's gross and hard versions aren't better.
