I switched to vaping around 2011-2012 and have been vaping ever since.

Enjoy it while you can, before revenue-hungry politicians tax the hell out of that when cigarette revenues inevitably implode.

I quit smoking cigs back in October.I vape now but after over 15 years of smoking it's so much better.

My last pack was $8.08

My biggest pain point now due to regulations is that I can't really order a new device online anymore without paying a $10 adult verification fee. They basically want the postal people to verify your age instead of just verifying it before the purchase on their own. For some reason this law or regulation doesn't apply to actual ejuice though, so I can still order that online.

I figure my monthly expenditures are around $35 on the high end rn.

I definitely fully expect that to raise with taxes over time unfortunately.

I smoke spirits, the price change is enough to make me just put that money into weed. That's all this is going to do for people, because nobody in their right minds will pay 200 bucks for cigs a month as opposed to just dumping that money into weed instead

There's a reason tobacco shops have a giant "roll your own" machine right next to the pipe tobacco that's taxed vastly less.

Unfortunately, my liver does not produce the enzyme that breaks down nicotine into its psychoactive metabolite, so I don't get any enjoyment from it, and I therefore never took to smoking

Just get the ones from Chinatown much, much cheaper.

When I was 16 they were $25/carton.

Seriously, they were the expensive brand 5 years ago but I sure as hell wasnt spending almost a $100 on a carton.
