I got bambleboozed in to a sweatshop boiler room frat house sells job of hell and I finally quit I got a nasty email from them stating that I will not be compensated for my unused vacation time because "vacation is intended to be a benefit for employees" even though they wouldn't let you use vacation anyway, Is it possible to fight this?

maybe. some places say you have x amount of vacation per year, but really it's earned over time in that year so they can do fucked shit like this...

If you're in the US, file a complaint with your state's Department of Labor. This is blatand theft.

Where I live yes it's use it or lose it on vacation hours.

if they dont have to they're not going to, look up state labor laws TC.

They also did some shady business practices such as bribe business professionals for indirect business.

unless it was actual bribing and not like 'lets go out to a fancy brunch on our dime' there's probably nothing illegal about that.

I have a feeling this is way more common than people realize. It happens in the construction industry too. "Redo my driveway and I'll make sure you get the paving contract" or flat out cash bribes.

I literally was graded on how many visits I did and a visit according my boss was taking out a business professional on a fancy lunch date and demanding that person's customer at the end of the meal

My guess is that YES they owe you.

Because if they did not, they would probably not have mentioned it. They likely mentioned it because in your state, they have to and they are hoping you are submissive and will just obey whatever they tell you.
