I've been taking it for over a year now. results showed up around the 5-month mark. Used to shed a lot of hair prior. The only side effect for me is that I don't get horny much anymore. I can still get horny if I force myself (by watching explicit vids, looking at pics, or playing lewd games) but I don't feel the need most of the time. If I was in a relationship I can imagine it being a hindrance but as a single person, it is quite nice because I don't get sexually frustrated anymore. it'll affect people differently though so my experience may not be applicable to most. --- I'm a Taurus I like collecting headphones and iems.
