I got two copies of Mario Golf this way because my first package got lost, they replaced it, and then the original showed up a few days later.

You can call Amazon and talk to a representative and then theyll either give you a refund if you want it or theyll offer to send you a replacement for your order

It's been awhile since I had to report a missing package. But it looks like they have changed things and made it harder to report missing packages. I can't find them in either the app or browser now. There used to be a "report a problem" that was easy to find.

Last time this happened to me Amazon just straight refunded no questions asked within like 2 minutes of me calling.

But I am guessing there is a lot of variables, like price and if the seller is one of those "Amazon Certified" or whatever the fuck they are called.

They are notoriously hard to reach but they will call you back. IIRC they call from a Washington state area code (Seattle?).

This is what they told me, when it was their own mistake.

I had four items coming in the same day. 3 arrived, but the 4th did not. The problem was that Amazon gave two boxes the SAME tracking number, which CANNOT happen. So Amazon tried to blame UPS.

I called UPS with the number that the Amazon Rep gave me. They spoke to the driver to see if it was left behind on the truck and it wasn't. They also agreed that NO tracking number should be used for another box, since each box has their own tracking.

So I told Amazon this. They told me to wait 3 days to see if it was scanned (which it wouldn't be). Sure enough Amazon realized that it was THEIR mistake and waited until they received new stock and then sent the item to me.

TL/DR: Did the books share a tracking number with another item? Do the books show as delivered? Are they still available to order? When were they supposed to arrive?

Ive even had [usually] small stuff get left out of an order containing multiple items. That required a converstion online to get the right item.

But same thing.

Contact customer service.
I did that for a missing book and they sent out a new one right away. Turns out my book was delivered to a neighbor and they got around to dropping it off a week later
