After that it's Luke Cage season 1. I'm excited because I'm close to completing my Star Wars television watch through as well. From Ewoks and Droids to Rebels and Resistance. Recently completed The Mandalorian season 2. Currently on The Bad Batch. Next is Visions. Then The Book of Boba Fett. I intend to watch all of Star Trek as well with this method. Right now the non-Marvel Studios shows are basically in limbo. They could be Canon, they could be non-canon but just share Canon actors. Feige has been real quiet about the whole thing. Frankly until the MCU does something to specifically rule something non-canon or someone in the MCU specifically references events from one of those shows, it's kinda a wash. AoS spoilers for the later seasons AoS's time travel and alternate universe plots might explicitly render the later seasons non canon to the current MCU timeline.
