Right now the non-Marvel Studios shows are basically in limbo. They could be Canon, they could be non-canon but just share Canon actors. Feige has been real quiet about the whole thing. Frankly until the MCU does something to specifically rule something non-canon or someone in the MCU specifically references events from one of those shows, it's kinda a wash. AoS spoilers for the later seasons AoS's time travel and alternate universe plots might explicitly render the later seasons non canon to the current MCU timeline.
