Unless it affects rates significantly then I'm not seeing any tangible impact on individuals. The pessimist in me is wondering what kinds of scams people will try to take advantage of it. Like letting a friend shoot you "on accident" to get a payout. Of course this then leaves it up to insurance companies to validate claims which is another can of worms. --- My friends call me Vee.
