Yeah, that's fair, I think I was previously reading about the lottery programs which have effectively no impact (small detectable effects, but not meaningful). Looking at a study recently published from Sweden, looks like there's a bigger impact of a small direct cash payment. But it's still pretty small, like an increased rate of ~4%. The primary issue is probably ethics. Can't offer a coercive amount of money to do a medical procedure.
