Which states had one though? I remember some states doing something small Mine had a stupid lottery that only 5 or 6 people won.

Yeah, that's fair, I think I was previously reading about the lottery programs which have effectively no impact (small detectable effects, but not meaningful).

Looking at a study recently published from Sweden, looks like there's a bigger impact of a small direct cash payment. But it's still pretty small, like an increased rate of ~4%.

The primary issue is probably ethics. Can't offer a coercive amount of money to do a medical procedure. So like, I imagine a $1200 stim package working much better, it would likely be considered unethical.
