L'Cie, Fal'Cie, Etro, Bhunivezle, Cieth, etc. Ive been going down the FNC rabbithole for the past week. I reminded myself of the lore of the XIII games and Type 0. Its crazy that they did this but I kinda admire what they were going for. All of these games basically deal with humans enslaved to gods in weird ways. That doesn't happen until ff13-3. I feel like it didn't take the time travel stuff super seriously though. So it wasnt a problem. They straight up got goofy with it at points.
