I mean, ultimately the lack of help is what leads to stories like these. People on the streets deteriorate mentally or just stop giving a fuck. Help more people and youll see fewer of these stories.

Man, screw LA. I went to visit last year and there weren't any bathroom anywhere. I had to walk a few miles to use the bathroom in starbucks. Do the people in this city not poop?

The answer is to just give them each their own apartment. Move them around with a bus if you have to. Salt Lake City did this and it ended up saving money because the cost of giving everyone a free apartment was cheaper than paying the police & related facilities to deal with vagrancy.
