Just reading this sent an icy chill down my spine. If true, my condolences.

That time I suicided my account in 2012 because Thunder was harassing me and a bad relationship got to my head while I was on the edge of failing out of college because I was addicted to League of Legends.

That time I went on a transphobic rant, abused my power and offended Kana, causing irreparable damage.

Yea I fucked up a few times on here in the past.

One time I had a 50 comment thread fighting between 1 friend and I on FB because he was shilling Amazon after I posted this meme. So dumb.

There's been plenty of times where I thought girls were into me but they weren't, I knew it too but was in denial. Looking back only my ex really showed any signs that she was into me but even that faded pretty fast.

The time I thought this board was finally dead, and didn't realize it was actually just on Discord now.

That happened to me a couple of times in my life, someone usually points it out after I ruined it and makes me feel even more stupid

That time I reconnected with my ex who cheated on me genuinely thinking they wanted to reconcile, only to end up with more trauma and intrusive thoughts from them.

So I had a female friend who was pretty close to me. Met her right after she got out of a relationship and she said she wasn't looking. So I placed her in the "friends" category. Well one day she invited me over so we could cook together, first time I was ever at her place. We played games and cooked, all the while she was very near me. I went to the restroom, which was spotless except she left the wrapper of one of those birth control insert things on her counter which I thought was out of place. She even did the whole "you go 80% in" rule twice, which went over my head at the time.

About a year later I thought about that day then had a facepalm that honestly I am sure it was heard around the world.

happened to arv in grade school. arv is still in denial that they werent into me. this one girls like "why do you think i invited you over to my house" and arv was like thinking she was just joking or wanted arv to decline.

I hate to burst you bubble but you can't really prevent being cheated on, unless you're one of the lucky ones who finds someone loyal quickly and stay with them for life.

It's not like I chose to have this person cheat on me or even tried to date them knowing they would, I thought they were my good friend for a couple years before hand and although looking back there were some red flags I ignored because of my inexperience and naivety there was absolutely no way I could have known they would do this, and that's how most people are cheated on, through being blindsided.

Although youre right that you cant control someone elses actions I would wager that youre now hyper vigilant and will probably be more sensitive to such red flags.

Being cheated on by someone you dont love is like, Meh.
Being cheated on by someone you love is soul crushing. Especially when they cheat on you with some mediocre actor.

I had that happen with a maid when I was 19, but I'd get modded for telling the story. I wasn't watching anything though just home early from class and didn't know she was there.
