Also if I hear the term "white passing" I'm gonna laugh. I've been called that before and it feels like people throw that term around when they refuse to believe other ethnicities can hold a differing opinion.

Nope. Every single time theres a topic about Asians here. The word "creepy" gets thrown around at least once.

Imagine if you were an Asian girl and people told guys that they were creeps for being attracted to you.

Because it's a well known thing in the US that guys fetishize the hell out of Asian women. It's not about her culture, her hobbies/interests, or her personality. It's only about her being Asian. It's saying, I don't like you, I like the ideal you represent, so any Asian will do. That's why it's creepy. Because it's not about her as a person.

So, I guarantee if you saw a cute Asian woman and you approached her by saying "I love Asian women" she would be put off. Because guys do that to them a lot

Isn't this assuming a lot of someone? How would you know if, for example, I liked an Asian girl for only that reason? And isn't it looks that is the first and foremost thing that people take note of when it comes to attraction? No matter what others say, sexual attraction usually starts with what someone looks like. Asian features are usually very attractive to most people.

And the whole "any asian will do", could you show me examples of this? I'm not trying to prove you wrong or anything, but I legit don't know where people get this. Just because a guy looks at a lot of Asian girls doesn't mean he should be vilified for it. It's just his preference.

You can apply this sentence to literally anything. Guys go after girls with big butts or boobs. There are tons of topics on CE celebrating those. Is it objectifying? Maybe. I don't know, but that's what guys like. Just like women who go after tall men, or bulky men, or men with metrosexual features. Again, its not about them as a person, but their looks. Something that draws the opposite sex because of, again, their prefences in another person. That could also be applied to race. Black girls are attractive to some. Latinas, Indians, Brazillians, Europeans, I could go on.

I've seen this happen when I was at uni with almost ANY race. We used to talk about this in front of girls too, and the girls were INVOLVED in the conversation. Fuck, one of my female friends told me she loves Mongolian men a few weeks ago.

That's part of why it's a problem for Asian women. Because they don't always know for sure at first. But it happens enough, that some women start to become wary, that it's always that.

I can give you some recent articles, showing you how Asian woman feel about it. I don't think it's ever explicitly stated in those exact words, but that's how it can make women feel.
