The Raiders put in minimal effort and still got into field goal range. Kicking it was ABSOLUTELY the right call and I will not blame them for it.

The tie was fun and all, but the Chargers got what they deserved.

But yep... I totally forgot about our league. That kick at the last second was a horrifying way for Mzero, Swifty, and Nick to go out.

And Suprak mistakenly thinking he needed to switch to survive... Worked out!?

I feel like every season, someone in 6th entering the final week gets eliminated and I end up in 6th.

I thought the Dolphins were a horrible pick that was going to doom everyone on them!

Bartz was saved because he missed two other upsets but hit that one.

Chargers calling a timeout there was a terrible move. It makes zero sense.

Especially since they did it after enough time went off the clock that it was <40.

Yeah, I don't get it. Even if they force a punt, they'd have the ball probably inside their own 20 with no timeouts. What the heck did Staley think they were going to do?

So basically the Chargers defense totally malfunctioned, made them use a timeout, and that timeout pissed off the Raiders.

Looks like the Cowboys get the Nickelodeon game next week. Who gets NVP?

I think there was a defender out of frame in that image. There's no way the Chargers only had 10 guys on the field.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that timeout was because of something the coaches saw that they didn't like rather than to save clock. If they were trying to save clock, they would've called the timeout long before there were 2 seconds left on the play clock.

Possibly. There was a DB way, waaaay back so it wasn't a walk to the endzone but the cushion might have caused panic on the Chargers sideline because in literally any normal game situation that's a blown coverage at 3rd and 4. Guy was like 20 yards off.

I thought the Dolphins were the easiest upset call this week! Even when the Pats are great, the tend to have some issues with the Dolphins at Miami. Pats are now 2-7 in their last 9 games at Miami.

Plus the Dolphins arent terrible this year and NE isnt great. Plus the Dolphins already beat them at home this year.

They already beat them once, when New England completely dominated the entire game and choked it away horribly.

I thought the Pats were going to wreck the hell out of them this time around. I considered the Bengals, Ravens, Lions, Seahawks, 49ers, and Raiders at some point. The Dolphins were never on my radar as a good pick. I never considered the Falcons either.

The way they lost to the Dolphins here is very reminiscent to the way they lost to the Colts. They just felt like they would consistently do enough to not win.

Both games even ended with a late, long TD just trying to kill clock!

Thats such a bonkers stat. And Miami wasnt even good most of those years!

And I'm already pretty sure what teams I'm picking for all the upcoming games.

...Just have to wait on Covid.
