When i still smoked cigs a dude asked me if I knew how to make my pack a smoke lighter and I was like "no. No I don't." And he was like "ill show ya for a cig," so I gave him one and I clued in just before he handed my pack back and said "there ya go. Its a smoke lighter."

IT IS my responsibility. Shouldn't have to be if people had some godamn common courtesy. I've borrowed lighters and gave them right back as soon as I lit my smoke.

I get that the price increase is annoying, but like $14 for a pack of smokes is still pretty great. At least from my own perspective - I don't smoke, but I've lived around smokers all my life and I have a general idea of how ridiculously expensive of a habit it is over here.

Not sure how it is in your country but in the US, you want to look for people called massage therapists. They are the ones that can actually help you with muscle knots and pain. The only way you can call yourself a massage therapist in the US is if you went to school for it and are licensed by the board of nursing. Anyone calling themselves anything else like masseuse or whatever is not legitimate.
