So Im losing weight and not gonna stop until Im a normal weight

for the first time my belt feels too loose on the notch I normally put it on, so I put it down to the next one. But then it feels too tight when i sit down

Yeah. The first time it really hit me that I was losing weight was when I started to need new belts. It's a pretty crazy feeling

i hate that awkward 'between the holes' waist size. i usually opt for the looser one because pulling my pants up occasionally is less annoying than the belt being too tight.

Wait until you have to buy new clothes altogether. And then donate all your fat clothes.

For the belt issue, I recommend a "ratchet belt" like one of these. You can get a more exact fit than a regular belt, so there's no in between issue as your waistline shrinks.

I disowned all my other belts after getting these lol

But anyway, TC, I know that feeling. But word to the wise, you're eventually going to have to replace the belt anyway, so just poke holes in it as needed as you descend in weight knowing you will eventually never need to make another and can wear a new one altogether!

Replacing belts (and jeans) is the most satisfying part. But I have never had to lose more than 20 to 25, so never too extreme of clothing issues. I could stand to lose 10 again.
