Someone online posted that quote.... You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inert, so hopelessly dependent on the system that they will fight to protect it And it got me thinking. In every way the Matrix is better. The teams war with the Agents caused more damage to people. The human sacred the sky and messed up the world. So you can either live in late 90s to the 2000s. In what is seemingly close to our world. Maybe if you were rich, important, and good looking in the matrix. It would suck knowing that you were poor and held a dead end job and your life didn't amount to anything, wasting your potential only to find out it wasn't real.
