Rance Bolcik, who looks straight out of the 80s that is living in the past and Noel Garcia Jr who are football players at Woodsboro High tased a younger black kid who also plays on tht eam and are now changed with a hate crime and tampering with evidence A girl, who attends the same school FILMED the attack and it's not clear how old she is but that she was under 17 which means she cannot be immediately charged as an adult but still charged as a minor Both are held on 10k bond A copy of the 1 minute video was obtained by texas monthly that shows the victim trying to evade the attack who said "that's not funny, stop" as the 2 girl appears to beg uiding the boys in KKK garb to get him and said "if you say their name, they're going to tase you" The black student said "chill, chill" as the girl says "KKK" while laughing and said "Get on this side of him" The same trio terrorized 6 other people on the same night and had destroyed the robes after the incident came to light The hate crime shocked the community which has less than 200 STUDENTS at the school and the NAACP is calling for an investigation..
