I have tiers. Absolute S tier: Maangchi's double fried korean chicken wings. Crunchy fried wings with a sticky, sweet, spicy, nutty glaze, finished off with sesame seeds. Amazing. A tier: Basically the same method but with any kind of good sauce base. Something spicy and sticky, usually. B tier: oven baked soy/chilli wings. how mum makes them. I love you mum, and I grew up with these, but I think I love them just because they're familiar. B- tier: Hot wings. There, I said it. I order hot wings a lot, but I never love them as much as I want to love them. Frank's is just too goddamn tangy. C tier: KFC's wings. We like them dry around here - dry rubs preferred and cooked until all the squeak is gone from the fat. Saucy wings are fine but you can actually enjoy eating spicy wings if the heat is in your mouth instead of on your lips and face. --- Does the name Pavlov ring a bell? ... Copied to Clipboard!
