I can't see the movie. Camping for months.

How does this Tobey tie in to the Tobey maguire movies? When did he get teleported and why are the villains alive again?

Peter interrupts Strange's spell to make people forget his identity. It causes everybody that knows him in other universes to get pulled here. Strange stops it, but a few make it through.

They're alive because they were pulled right before their deaths/end of their movie. Tobey and Andrew were pulled from their present equivalent time in their universes. Same with Venom.

Interesting. So this is canon in their movies? Were the deaths of the villains (Tobey Maguires Spiderman 1) reversed?

I guess Uncle Ben didn't come back because he never knew who Spiderman was and there was not a Spiderman when he was alive.

1) They were pulled from their universes "right before" they actually died with no memory of them dying - this is why Peter and Strange conflict, because he wants to help the villains. Its suggested most of them return to a different moment where they have been "fixed" and therefore don't die.

2) Probably not. After seeing NWH I'd personally want another Garfield Spider-Man, he kind of steals the show. But both are entirely for the purpose of supporting Holland's Spider Man, so I doubt they really get to come back.

3) Uncle Ben just doesn't matter in these movies. Peter still gets an Uncle Ben moment though when someone else dies.
