One that I don't see get recommended that often is The Brood. While I did think the story is extremely predictable.... ~~The killer being in the attic and calling from the house and Peter being a red herring... the fact that the killer's identity and motivations remain ambiguous~~ makes everything far more creepier. The dreary lighting, POV shots, the house itself, music cues, likable characters, kills all make for a chillingly haunting movie. --- "A human destiny, but nothing human inside..... It really goes for this psychedeli, surreal, depressing feel that I wasn't expecting. I expected a cheesy 70s slasher with a femme fatale which is what the poster seems to advertise but it was bit more psychological and I'd have to re-watch it with a new mindset because I really didn't follow what was a going on. --- "A human destiny, but nothing human inside.....
