At 27, both parties are fully capable of consenting. The younger will be well aware that the elder has more life experience than them, and that may even be part of why they find them interesting.

In this case, the older has a much, much bigger gap in terms of life experience. Can the 27 year old lawyer even handle such wisdom and knowledge?
