dude was apparently drunk, he stalked the teens because he didnt like their driving, posted out in front of their house for some reason, and when the teen went to confront him with a gun he pulled his out and killed the teen. Of course, hes claiming self defense.

I remember the original topic people blamed the kid claiming he escalated things. A belligerent man followed you home, argued with you and your family and is now posted up outside your homesure, smart thing to do would be to stay inside but at what point do the residents of that home not have right to step out and confront the perceived threat in front of their own house?

This freak literally caused the problemthen kills somebody because they got tired of him being a creep.

If the other guy was out of his car and on the property of the teenagers family's home and a gun was seen then that would be a perceived threat. If the guy stayed in his car and never got out of the car then there is no threat. The teenager would have been best served to have called law enforcement and waited inside the safety of his residence.
