Joe Burrow threw for 942 yards against the Ravens this season

with all of these playoff scenarios, perhaps the strangest thing is that Cleveland can still win the division if they win out and the Bengals lose out, which is actually kind of doable since the Bengals play the Chiefs next week and Cleveland has the Steelers and Bengals left

Not only is that not strange - It has a pretty good chance of happening!

Bengals are 4-1 in the division.

Cleveland was the one loss.

Dallas opened as a near-TD favorite over the Cardinals.

Cardinals are underdogs they win confirmed.

The weirdest part of this week is that the Ravens went up into a playoff position by losing.

I mean, I know we don't control our own destiny at this point and also we aren't winning against beat mode Kupp next week but still.

My playoff machine results: The last two weeks feature mostly games I'm already decided on in the first place~

The Dolphins will have the 7 seed for one week, then will be eliminated by the Titans in week 17.

The Eagles will clinch a playoff berth in week 17 as the 7 seed. SF, as the 6 seed, will not have clinched, and will be eliminated from the playoffs week 18. Shouldn't have given the game away this week!

Both the Pats and Colts will have virtually meaningless week 18 games.

The AFC North will be decided by Bengals/Browns. This will certainly be the game moved to Sunday night to end the season.

Only one divisional rematch will take place in the first round.... Patriots at Bills.

NFC:

1. Packers
2. Cowboys
3. Rams
4. Bucs
5. Cardinals
6. Eagles
7. Saints
8. 49ers (Lose three way tiebreaker)

Interesting fact: If the Vikings beat the Packers, they join the tie at 9-8, and the 49ers get in over the Eagles.

AFC:

1. Chiefs
2. Titans
3. Bills
4. Bengals or Browns whatever
5. Colts
6. Pats
7. Chargers
8. Miami, Baltimore, and Cincinnati (if they lose) would all be tied here, 1 game back

If the Chargers lose to the Raiders, then the Bengals make the playoffs as the 7 seed even if they lose to the Browns.

(Seriously though Tua hasn't faced a good defense in two months, so I won't be surprised if the Saints defense makes him look very bad)

FFD just wants to sneak in at the 7 seed and make me have to sweat the possibility of the Titans choking against a bad Ravens team (and I would)

If the Ravens beat the Rams and Steelers, they are in as the 7 and the Chargers are out, unless Miami beats both the Titans and Pats and takes the 7 seed instead.

The Ravens can make the playoffs at 9-8 if:

The Browns lose to the Steelers or Bengals

The Chargers lose to the Broncos or Raiders

The Dolphins lose two of their next three games

The Steelers lose to the Browns or Ravens

AND

The Raiders lose to the Colts or Chargers (Only if the Chargers lost to the Broncos)

OR

The Colts lose to the Raiders and Jaguars

OR

The Bills lose to the Falcons and Jets

Fun fact: If both the Colts and Bills somehow go 0-2 and end at 9-8, the Ravens get knocked out!

Also thx Leon I made it into my fantasy finals on the back of Brown going off.

If the Ravens win, and the Bengals lose, the AFC North is a mess week 18.

Either one of those two teams can win the division.

The winner of Browns/Steelers can win the division if the Bengals lose next week.

And I can see the Bengals winning that game against the Chiefs, they've got the offense to keep up with them

You're not beating the Dolphins defense. just by running the ball.

They can win by forcing Tua into turnovers and short fields

The same holds true for the Dolphins though.

This game is going to have like 30 total points.

30 points if they're lucky! I wouldn't be surprised if the final score was 13-6 or something like that.

The saints had their superbowl last week.

Fortunately they won't need a Super Bowl effort to beat Miami

A friend just asked "Now how do you explain the Chargers?"

The Saints have lost to the Panthers and Giants this year.

They are very up and down...!

Oh, the Saints can lose to Miami. I just don't think it's a given because their defense can compensate for a lot of their offensive shortcomings.

I think the problem for the Saints defense is that unlike the Bucs last week the Dolphins have a skill position player.

Yeah, but Waddle hasn't really been an explosive WR and Tua doesn't exactly push the ball downfield either.

My fantasy team would love it if Waddle wanted to rack up about 40 points though

The Saints blowing the game to the Giants the way they did is still one of the shocking results of the year.

The Saints are probably fine even if they lose here though.

I lost an incredibly close matchup last week, and then following it up by crushing this week in the 5th place match (With that MIA Pick 6 being the icing on the cake and making it all but certain I have the highest score across the entire league on the week)

I started 0-3 in changes and now I'm 6-3 because I had this same thing with Ravens/Bengals and bailed off.

The Saints are in shambles and Notre Dame QBs all suck. They shouldn't be good enough to put the Dolphins down, but I do still have them making the playoffs on an SF loss to the Rams week 18.

This game is basically just Leon and Xuxon on the Saints and a billion people who bailed off. There are now 0 people in the other league on them.

Suprak's change guarantees I will end a week a game ahead of the cut line for the first time in many, many weeks.

..Gonna be a big tie for 12th again and I'm still going to be alone in 11th because of Broncos/Raiders.

I made two of those first three changes for bad reasons. I've really shored up on them since.

apparently the refs gave Flores a do-over for not understanding how the clock works after a review
