Almost the opposite. I was a "puritannical" 13-year-old, but now I'll engage in sex jokes, dark humor (aka black comedy), and I'm far more laid back about things in my 30s. It's worth noting my core beliefs haven't changed though. 13-year-old me and current me would be on the same page politically, for example.

Ive always used the Internet as my edgy release. I was hella cringy on GFaqs, Gaia, MySpace, and other online forums as a teen, and I continue to be hella cringy now (except on social media, where I rarely post). But I manage to keep my edge and cringe online (and mostly anonymous) Im at least average pleasant to be around and talk to in person

This, although it was mainly fear of my parents that kept me from acting too edgy, they were quite strict.

For like a short time in middle school, when Pokemon had just hit and I pretended I wasn't into it. Didn't last long though, and that's really the only edgy thing I can think of.
