gonna cross my fingers for news on various games from the recent Flyhigh Works direct (Flyhigh Express 2021.12) since it only covered steam releases despite most of them clearly also having switch versions planned

Sea of Stars backer here and having played the demo they put out last year, I can confirm it's extremely promising. Game feels really, really good.

Sea of Stars and River City Girls 2 that's two more games that I thought I'd be looking forward to

Pretty decent stuff in it even if I feel like Sea of Stars was the peak and thats what they started with

I am interested in Sea of Stars and maybe Loco Motive.

Maybe Chicory? I'll have to look up more about it, but I know it's one of the best reviewed games of the year.

Good notDirect. As far as the indie showcases of this month go, I definitely enjoyed Flyhigh Express and Yokaze Night more (that Yokaze Night thing might actually be my favourite showcase i've ever watched, damn) but this was all good stuff here. Also definitely infinitely better than the eastasiasoft showcase.

Seems likely there will be a different lineup for the japanese version this time, since it's not even going up for another 8 hours or so. Looking forward to checking that and hoping that the ghostpia dev managed to get in touch with indie world jp folks for that

Let's Play: Oink Games (of all the games from the regular indie world to also include here... at least it's not really shovelware)
and they had a much bigger Omori trailer it was very good

petered out a bit by the end and i feel like this is the first time that the jp version had less games than the regular one (i guess it had more putting aside the highlight reel), but it was still pretty good

I have insanely high hopes for Sea of Stars. I backed it for hundreds of dollars. Everything I have seen from them has lived up to my hope so far.

The demo was great.
