used as the slur is almost certainly moddable, but i doubt it'll get the full hammer without something more. only one slur seems to be an automatic banning. maybe a few more. but a lot aren't, too. --- Boom! There are degrees of severity and context but "Oh its not as bad so it's okay" isn't exactly great way to foster am environment of tolerance and respect.
