You cannot really tell people what they can or cannot look at with their own eyes. All that said, it really is not that difficult to just not make people feel uncomfortable. Just be normal. I glance. This is, however, very creepy and socially unacceptable, whether the recipient of the stare is a man or a woman. I have this one customer in particular who comes in with his laptop and an empty box of cornflakes he sets up as a barrier so people cant see the porn on his laptop and he will stare at the highschool girls for their entire 8 hour shift.
