Take GTA Trilogy "definitive" edition for example, Rockstar never showed any actual gameplay footage and didn't say it was going to be ports of the mobile versions. People assumed we was getting the original versions and expected it but that's not what we got, they have every right to complain about the game even if they preodered the Trilogy.

Rockstar still hasn't fixed the games, at least not San Andreas according to 90% of the most recent reviews. There's no reason to not believe the reviews when they're mostly consistent.

Wrong. Being able to komplain about receiving a shit game it debatable. But you don't even have to buy a game at all to komplain about it being shit. Breath of Fire 6 is shit.

it's the same way that people who don't vote don't get to complain about politics. by purchasing a product, you are voting for it with your wallet.

On the other hand , an elite gamer should know better unless they really got shafted somehow. If you consistently hate the stuff you play, then play something else.

There's an argument people get hung up on so frigging often and it drives me bonkers because all it is, is a trap.

It is such a pointless waste of energy. It's almost always blurted out when someone doesn't want to do something that they have to do...that they actually shouldn't have to do...but they do.

Spending energy on the "I shouldn't have to..." should be done after and only after you get your shit done. Then, you can try to fix whatever is broken, but until then...get your shit done and stop whining.

This is kinda the same thing. Games are released in broken states. That's a fact. It's not terribly uncommon. Fact. A game should be released in good working order. Fact. Will they all? Nope. Impossible.

So go ahead and vent, but uh...doiy. Why'd you preorder? But, no...people can complain all they want if they get something broken instead of whole when they were promised whole. But still...STOP PRE-ORDERING!!! :) Or not...I don't care.
